Microsoft Azure AD

Microsoft Azure AD

Integration

A complete identity & access management solution with integrated security

What does the Azure Active Directory connection do?

Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) is a cloud-based identity and access management service. Azure integration is an additional authorization over Microsoft single sign-on. This integration allows you to import users' department and site details in addition to the basic information from the Azure directory.

You must possess the Microsoft Azure administrator profile to enable or disable the integration. However, after the integration is enabled, SDAdmins can configure whether to import the users' department and site details at any given time.

Secure Adaptive Access

Protect access to resources and data using strong authentication and risk-based adaptive access policies without compromising the user experience.

Seamless User Experiences

Provide an easy, fast sign-in experience to keep your users productive, reduce time managing passwords, and minimize friction.

Unified Identity Management

Centrally manage all your identities and access to all your applications, whether they're in the cloud or on-premises, to improve visibility and control.

Enable Microsoft Azure Integration

To enable the Microsoft Azure integration, you must possess SDAdmin and Organization admin roles in ServiceDesk Plus Cloud and Global admin privilege in Azure. Also, you must sign in to ServiceDesk Plus Cloud by using the Microsoft Sign-in option in the login page.

To configure your integration, please reach out to customer support and they will assist you with the process.
