In 2016, PeakCommerce was born from a shared vision of three innovative minds: Gerald Soto, Amanda Brownell, and Adnan LaPamuk. After spending years on the services side, implementing quote-to-cash systems and executing over 250 Zuora and Salesforce Billing implementations, they recognized a significant challenge in the subscription industry. Companies were pouring immense resources into crafting the perfect subscriber experience, yet struggled to innovate with top-tier enterprise technologies.
Seizing this opportunity, PeakCommerce set out to revolutionize the subscription journey. We created an omni-channel platform that seamlessly integrates with billing systems, CRM systems, support systems, and other essential tools right out of the box.
